• eBay Integration Data: When you connect your eBay account, we collect OAuth tokens, eBay account identifiers, listing data pulled from or pushed to eBay, and related marketplace information.
• Usage Analytics: Device type, browser information, IP address, pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns.
• Cookies & Session Data: Authentication tokens, preferences, and session identifiers stored via cookies.

When you connect your eBay account:

• Data Accessed: We access your eBay account information, listing data, inventory details, sales history, and other marketplace data as permitted by eBay's API and your authorization.
• Token Storage: OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our database. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your credentials.
• Revoking Access: You can disconnect your eBay account at any time through your account settings. You can also revoke access directly through eBay's application management portal.
• Data Usage: eBay data is used solely to provide listing management, inventory synchronization, and reporting features within Reseller Suite.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain certain information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
